Returns

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. 

Returns accepted for 30 days. 

Free return shipping.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@thomasstoner.co.uk with your order details, and we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
